FAVORITE DRIVE-THROUGH BANK TELLER

Humans are funny. When we need to make a deposit and give the bank our money, we walk in and slowly hand the cash over to the teller. But when we want some money back, we go screeching up to the drive-through window all in a hurry, as if the bank were down to its last $300 and we need the money now.
Drive-through tellers, however, are extremely patient, and our readers appreciated their efforts, naming 16 of them in this year’s survey. Topping the list was Joyce Dillon, who has been working at U.S. Bank for the last 12 years. Joyce also won this category in 2004, and she owes all her success to her great customers.
Coming in a close second was Victoria Kagan at Wells Fargo.
