Government did not have the best year in 2009, but our readers still found some positive aspects. The best thing: the $8,000 tax credit for homebuyers.

WORST THING GOVERNMENT HAS DONE IN LAST YEAR

As I said above…not a great year for government, and our readers gave us a wide range of complaints. The worst: Bank and Wall Street Bailouts.
