Healthy Inspirations is now the new well, LLC

Healthy Inspirations has been helping local women transform their health and fitness in Medford since 2006; and last month they upgraded and rebranded the business itself as the new well. “I think that it is important to know that we are under the same ownership and have the same caring staff,” said Lisa Wahl, manager of the Medford Center location.

Lisa began working for Scott Draper, owner and president of the new well, LLC, when he opened Club Northwest in Grants Pass in 2003. In August 2006, Lisa was transferred to run the Medford Center.

Born and raised in the Rogue Valley, Lisa graduated from Southern Oregon University in 2004 with a B.S. in Health and Nutrition. “I have always had a great passion to help other women empower themselves to achieve their health and fitness goals,” Lisa said. “I absolutely love what I do. It is so rewarding to be a part of the new well, formally Healthy Inspirations, and watching women lose weight, get healthy, have more energy, be able to get off certain medications and most of all, live a greater quality of life!”

As part of the recent transformation, the new well has a fresh new look with upgraded exercise equipment. “Also, our family friendly healthy eating plans have been updated based upon the latest scientific research,” Lisa said.

“We are a woman’s weight loss and wellness center,” Lisa continued.  “We are the leaders in providing lasting weight loss through wellness with a proven balance of whole foods, accountability, exercise and relaxation. We desire to be different. In a world betting on technology, we bet on people.”
